Making bank auctions make sense
India's bank auction market is enormous, and almost impossible to navigate. Notices are scattered across hundreds of newspapers and bank portals, written in dense legalese. GHAR1 exists to change that.

Every day, banks across the country publish hundreds of SARFAESI auction notices, homes, land, gold and vehicles that can be bought at genuinely attractive prices. Yet for most people, these opportunities stay invisible, buried in fine print on page 14 of a regional newspaper.
We built GHAR1 to bring it into one place: collected automatically from newspaper editions every morning, parsed into clean and comparable listings, and plotted on a map you can actually browse. What used to take days of manual searching now takes minutes. We started with Delhi's editions and are expanding city by city.
Our goal is simple, to make the bank auction market as open, trustworthy and easy to use as any modern property portal, so that informed buyers, not just insiders, can take part.
